* WHAT...Large breaking waves with dangerous rip currents. Surf will be highest across west and northwest facing beaches. For the Central Coast Beaches, breaking waves of 12 to 18 feet with local sets to 20 feet are expected, except 18 to 25 feet Monday into Tuesday. For the Santa Barbara South Coast Beaches, breaking waves of 6 to 10 feet are expected, except 8 to 12 feet Monday afternoon into Tuesday. For the Ventura County beaches, breaking waves of 8 to 12 feet with local sets to 15 feet are expected, except 10 to 17 feet Monday night into Tuesday.
