The Morgan City DRC that will close is located at: St. Mary Parish Morgan City Municipal Auditorium 728 Myrtle St. Morgan City, LA 70380 Hours: Thursday, Nov. 7, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Individuals affected by Hurricane Francine in the nine designated parishes can
