Atmospheric conditions are expected to be favorable for producing high levels of ozone pollution in the Houston, Galveston, and surrounding areas on Saturday. Gusty winds, generally between 40 and 45 mph, will be possible through 5 AM across south-central and southeastern Pennsylvania. These gusty winds, coupled with saturated ground from recent rainfall, will lead to an increased risk for trees and power lines being knocked down over the next couple of hours.
