February1-14, 2025 Kalaeloa Military Exercise

All Kalaeloa Airport (JRF) Tenants  and Users should expect an increased number of military operations at JRF Airport between 1-14 February, 2025. For your awareness, several Military Aircraft will be at the airport during 1-14 February as part of an exercise. HIGH-DENSITY, MILITARY STUDENT TRAINING BETWEEN MOBILE, AL AND PENSACOLA, FL 6/8/16   Use caution for high-density, high-performance, military student training in the vicinity of NFD NOLF (Summerdale Navy Outlying Field), NBJ NOLF (Barin Navy Outlying Field), 5R4 (Foley Municipal Airport, Foley, Alabama), and JKA (Jack Edwards Airport, Gulf Shores, Alabama).  Summerdale Navy Outlying Field (NFD NOLF) re-opened on 3/9/16.   These four, uncontrolled airports all lie within a 7 NM radius, and are located halfway between Mobile, Alabama, and Pensacola, Florida.  This 7 NM radius is just west of the “inner ring” of the Pensacola Naval Air Station’s (NPA) Class
