Mobile Disaster Recovery Center Opening in Spartanburg County COLUMBIA, S.C. – A Mobile Disaster Recovery Center will open in Spartanburg County to provide in-person assistance to South Carolinians affected by Hurricane Helene.   Spartanburg County Boiling Springs Library871 Double Bridge RoadBoiling Springs, SC 29316 Open Dec. 7, Dec. 9-10, 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. Closed Dec. 8. HIGH-DENSITY, MILITARY STUDENT TRAINING BETWEEN MOBILE, AL AND PENSACOLA, FL 6/8/16   Use caution for high-density, high-performance, military student training in the vicinity of NFD NOLF (Summerdale Navy Outlying Field), NBJ NOLF (Barin Navy Outlying Field), 5R4 (Foley Municipal Airport, Foley, Alabama), and JKA (Jack Edwards Airport, Gulf Shores, Alabama).  Summerdale Navy Outlying Field (NFD NOLF) re-opened on 3/9/16.   These four, uncontrolled airports all lie within a 7 NM radius, and are located halfway between Mobile, Alabama, and Pensacola, Florida.  This 7 NM radius is just west of the “inner ring” of the Pensacola Naval Air Station’s (NPA) Class
