Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2 Meteorological Summary: Widespread showers have developed this morning and are moving along the I-10 corridor this morning in association with a Gulf low pressure system along the northeastern Gulf of Mexico. These widespread showers can be expected to move eastward, then southward into the Peninsula throughout the day as the Gulf low moves towards the Florida West Coast (70-near 100% chance of rain). Any potential thunderstorm activity associated with this system will remain limited and near the Big Bend and West-Central Florida coastlines and coastal waters. Organized flash

Disaster Recovery Center relocating to Princeton on Monday, Jan. 13 CHARLESTON, W.Va.– The FEMA-West Virginia Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) in Mercer County is closing its Bluefield facility and relocating to Princeton, W.Va. Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2 Meteorological Summary: Dense Fog Advisories  will remain effect across Northeast Florida through the mid-to-late morning hours as dense fog has reduced visibility to ¼ of a mile or less. Foggy conditions  throughout the rest of the Big Bend and Suwannee Valley should also lift by the mid-morning hours. Spotty showers have already begun to push onshore along portions of the East Coast this morning, and will continue to move inland with the help of onshore winds and an upper-level feature adjacent to the coast (15-45% chance of rain).
