Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...South Laramie Range including the Interstate 80 Summit between Cheyenne and Laramie. * WHEN...Until 5 AM MST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on icy and snowpacked road conditions, visibility under one half mile at times, and rapidly changing conditions in bands of heavy snowfall. Blowing snow will also reduce the visibility at times.
