At 931 PM EST, radar indicated an intense lake effect snow band along a line extending from near North East to Ashtabula to Mentor. This intense lake effect snow band was nearly stationary. Travel is nearly impossible across parts of Lake County, northern Ashtabula County, and northern and central Erie County. Large stretches of I- 90 and I-86 are closed in Erie County.
