Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings and village streets may be flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow-moving thunderstorms with rainfall rates up to 2 inches per hour will create a high risk for burn scar flash flooding.
