Disaster Recovery Centers in Laurel, Pulaski Counties Update Operational Schedule to Mondays-Saturdays FRANKFORT, Ky. –The Disaster Recovery Centers in Laurel and Pulaski counties are scheduled to close Sundays beginning June 29 and resume operations Mondays. New working hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET and closed Sundays.
