ESFAFG The Yukon River is open from Tanana to about 10 miles downstream of Mountain Village as of Wednesday afternoon. Thermally degraded and lifted ice remains in the middle and south mouths and at Emmonak and Alakanuk. Ice runs from upstream of Tanana continue as ice degrades between Beaver and Rampart. Heavy ice runs are still being seen along most stretches of the Yukon. Water levels remain low and no flooding is anticipated. The River Watch team will be in the air downstream of Mountain Village today.

Based on the latest guidance, there is a chance to observe periods of showers and thunderstorms Friday and Saturday.
