A strong Pacific cold front will be moving out of the Four Corners area and sweep south across the Borderland late tonight into Tuesday morning. The frontal passage will produce gusty north winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30-40 mph overnight through the Sierra Lakes region/Luna and Dona Ana Counties, and also the Tularosa Basin through El Paso County.
