Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds will result in pockets of blowing dust and will challenge high-profile vehicles along Interstate 15. There will be a brief lull in winds this afternoon with winds picking back up in the Barstow-Daggett area this evening. These gusty westerly winds will continue through the overnight hours before dropping off early Saturday

Waves will inundate beaches and surge into normally dry areas. Water will encroach on some private properties along North Broadway Avenue, Foley Road, and Stancliff Road. Water will be close to flowing on to Highway 20 at the Silvies River
