A light wintery mix of rain and snow is currently ongoing across north Georgia. Light accumulation of less than an inch is possible for elevations above approximately 2000 feet while little to no accumulation is expected for areas of lower elevation. No impacts to local roadways are anticipated at this time. Although this event is not expected to bring significant impacts to the area, if conditions worsen, a Winter Weather Advisory may become necessary.
