Ice accumulations less than a tenth of an inch. * WHERE...Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Oregon. * WHEN...Until 7 PM PST this evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Even light ice can cause dangerous driving conditions due to slippery roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The greatest threat for freezing rain is expected to be right at the base of the Blue Mountains, including I-84 near Cabbage Hill.
