Disaster Recovery Centers in Galax, Pembroke and Tazewell, Va. are Permanently Closing on Nov. 16 BRISTOL, Va.– The Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) in Galax, Pembroke (Giles County), and Tazewell (Tazewell County) will be permanently closing at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16. Disaster survivors can visit any DRC to receive assistance. To find the DRC close to you, visit FEMA.gov/drc or text DRC and a ZIP code to 43362.
