Northwesterly winds will result in several meandering lake enhanced snowbands between eastern Ohio counties and northwestern PA counties through the afternoon. Rapid snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches and localized spots of 3 inches will be possible. Visibilities within the band could briefly be reduced to a quarter of a mile or less at times.
