At 351 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking scattered snow showers, moving eastward at 20 to 25 MPH. Locations impacted include... New Castle, Hermitage, Sharon, Butler, Beaver Falls, Grove City, East Palestine, Sharpsville, Kittanning, Rimersburg, Ellwood City, Homeacre-Lyndora, Farrell, Shanor-Northvue, Meridian, Zelienople, Slippery Rock, Ford City, Meadowood and New Wilmington. Visibilities will drop quickly to a quarter of a mile in the heavier snow showers. Wind gusts of up to 30 MPH are also possible. This includes the following highways... Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 69. Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 84 and 120.
