Raleigh County, W.Va., Disaster Recovery Center opens April 15 News release Raleigh County, W.Va., Disaster Recovery Center opens April 15 CHARLESTON, W.Va. – A Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) will open in Raleigh County at 8 a.m. April 15, 2025. FEMA encourages residents, including homeowners and renters, of the disaster-impacted counties to register for assistance. The center is located at: Raleigh County Disaster Recovery Center Beckley-Raleigh County Emergency Services 1224 Airport Road Beaver WV 25813 Hours of operation: Monday through Saturday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Closed Sundays Homeowners and renters in Logan, McDowell, Mercer, Mingo, Raleigh, Wayne, and Wyoming
