Disaster Recovery Centers Remain Open to Provide Wildfire Disaster Assistance LOS ANGELES –Los Angeles County wildfire survivors who need assistance can stop by a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) to apply for disaster assistance, speak with a FEMA representative, speak to representatives from other state and federal agencies, and receive updates on their FEMA application. Less Than Five Days Remain to Request Compensation for Damages from Hermit’s Peak/Calf Canyon Fire Deadline approaches for landowners' restoration plan requests from USDA SANTA FE, N.M. — Individuals impacted by the 2022 Hermit’s Peak/Calf Canyon Fire and subsequent flooding who have not yet filed a claim for damages have less than five days left to submit a Notice of Loss (NOL). Only Three (3) Days Remain to Apply with FEMA BATON ROUGE, La. – Renters and homeowners in Ascension, Assumption, Lafourche, Jefferson, St. Charles, St. James, St. John the Baptist, St. Mary and Terrebonne parishes who were affected Hurricane Francine have three days left to apply for assistance. Nov. 16 is the last day to apply. Survivors with a loss or damage should apply with FEMA even if they don’t have repair estimates or insurance settlements yet.
