Winds may gust as high as 45 mph at times. * WHERE...Bighorn Mountains Southeast and Bighorn Mountains West. * WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 5 AM MST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult especially along Highway 14 and over Granite Pass, as well as along Highway 16 over Powder River Pass. Strong gusty winds may create near white out conditions at times.
