Special Weather Statement issued December 2 at 1:40AM CST by NWS Little Rock AR

Light winds and a clear sky has allowed for some patchy fog to develop across portions of the area. Some locations may see visibility drop to less than one half to one mile at times. Many of these areas are seeing temperatures below freezing...which may result in some patchy slick spots across the area this morning. Caution is advised while traveling on area roadways this morning as this patchy freezing fog could create some travel hazards.

FEMA Authorizes Funds to Fight Lone Rock Fire in Oregon BOTHELL, Wash. -  The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) authorized the use of federal funds to help with firefighting costs for the Lone Rock Fire burning in Gilliam, Morrow and Wheeler counties, Oregon.  The state of Oregon’s request for a federal Fire Management Assistance Grant (FMAG) was approved by FEMA Region 10 Deputy Administrator Vincent J. Maykovich on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 12:10 a.m. PT.
