The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold air remaining in place across the Cache Valley and eastern Box Elder County will keep precipitation as snow through the overnight hours. Warming temperatures should result in a changeover to rain late this evening or tonight. Elevations below 4500 feet have largely changed over to rain this evening.
