Totals in the Heber Valley will be much less. * WHEN...From 5 AM to 11 PM MST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Peak snowfall rates expected up to 1 inch per hour Saturday morning between 5am and 10am, with snowfall continuing but becoming lighter through Saturday afternoon.
