Help Remains for Survivors in Fremont County after DRC Closes Saturday DES MOINES, Iowa – The State/Federal Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) in Sidney will close permanently at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2019. The DRC is located at the Fremont County Emergency Management Office, 2014 290th Ave., and will be open 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday, May 30-31. DRCs are one-stop information centers that provide a place for homeowners, renters and business owners who sustained damage from the severe storms and flooding to get critical disaster recovery information in a face-to-face setting.
