A very cold upper level Arctic low dropping south over the Western Interior will bring an anomalously cold airmass to the area over the weekend. There will be clouds, periods of precipitation and even snow above 2000 feet, but low-lying areas that clear during the overnight and early morning hours will see temperatures drop quickly into the low to mid 30s. Areas of fog continue to develop overnight across much of northeast Indiana, northwest Ohio and adjacent areas of far southern Lower Michigan.
