Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2 Meteorological Summary: Freeze Warnings  and Frost Advisories  will remain in effect across the Suwannee Valley and interior Northeast Florida through the mid-morning hours. High pressure will gradually shift eastward towards the western Atlantic waters but will continue to provide dry conditions throughout the day statewide (near 0-10% chance of rain). Lingering dry conditions throughout the Suwannee Valley and interior Northeast Florida will create sensitive wildfire conditions  this afternoon. Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2 Meteorological Summary: Happy First Day of Meteorological Winter ! Another day of relatively cool temperatures and dry weather can be expected, courtesy of a dominant area of high pressure.  Rain chances remain near-zero for much of the Sunshine State today, with only an isolated chance for a coastal shower along the immediate Treasure Coast (15-20% chance of rain). Northerly to northeasterly winds will once again work to funnel colder temperatures through North Florida, with the greatest chance of seeing at or below freezing temperatures residing throughout the Suwannee River
