Totals ice accumulations around a quarter inch, especially in the higher terrain areas. * WHERE...Carroll and Madison Counties. * WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...A few slick spots, mainly on untreated bridges and overpasses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A few brief power outages will be possible, but widespread power interruptions are not expected.

* WHAT...Visibility less than one quarter mile in dense fog. The denser fog will begin to spread north across portions of northeast Oklahoma overnight, generally along and west of Highway 75. * WHERE...Okfuskee, Creek, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Tulsa, Washington OK, McIntosh, and Pittsburg Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 AM CST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities are expected to be reduced to less than one quarter mile by dense fog. Rapidly changing visibility will create hazardous driving conditions.

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 5 inches. Total accumulations of 7 to 8 inches with locally higher amounts in the higher terrain of southeast Oklahoma and west-central Arkansas. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Arkansas and east central, northeast, and southeast Oklahoma. * WHEN...Until noon CST Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads are becoming snow packed with slick and hazardous conditions. Travel could be very difficult and not recommended. The hazardous conditions will likely impact the Friday morning commute.

Total snow and sleet accumulations between 4 and 6 inches across the warned area and ice accumulations around a light glaze down near the Red River. * WHERE...In Arkansas, Crawford, Franklin, and Sebastian Counties. In Oklahoma, Sequoyah, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, Pittsburg, and Pushmataha Counties. * WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to noon CST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
