Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2   Meteorological Summary: Remnants of last night's thunderstorm complex are lingering across portions of the Panhandle bringing scattered showers and embedded thunderstorms. Another round of scattered showers and thunderstorms can be expected across the Panhandle throughout the day as additional remnant thunderstorm complexes moving through the region (45-75% chance of rain). Strong to severe thunderstorms  may be embedded within these remnant complexes, and the Storm Prediction Center (SPC) is outlooking a Marginal to Slight Risk  (level 1- 2 of 5) for Severe Weather  across North Florida.
