Special Weather Statement issued December 1 at 12:49AM EST by NWS Wilmington OH

Lingering areas of light snow will continue through the early morning hours before tapering off toward daybreak. While any additional accumulations will be light, air temperatures below freezing will result in the potential for some slick spots, especially on bridges and overpasses. These slippery roadways will linger even after snow ends. Motorists should exercise extra caution early this morning. What appears to be wet roads may actually have patches of ice, particularly if you drive over a bridge. Slow down and allow extra distance between you and other vehicles.
