Arctic air settles into the region tonight. Winds continue to weaken overnight and skies clear out through most of the area, which combined with the snowpack on the ground, will lead to frigid overnight lows near zero degrees. The combination of very cold temperatures and wind will result in wind chill values ranging from 0 to 10 below zero tonight. Bundle up in extra layers if you are planning to be outdoors.
