Southwest winds gusting as high as 45 mph, strongest along Shelikof Strait. * WHERE...South to west sides of Kodiak Island. * WHEN...Until 8 AM AKDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities reduced to one half mile or less due to blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southwesterly winds will strengthen through the day today and combine with falling snow to severely limit visibility.
