...SNOW, WINTRY MIX TODAY FOR CENTRAL WISCONSIN... .A wintry mix of precipitation will transition to rain and snow and then just snow by late morning, persisting through the afternoon. There will be a sharp cutoff to snow amounts on the western side of the storm with totals quickly dropping off as one travels west. A few inches of wet snow accumulations are currently expected west of highway 73 in Wisconsin. Northwest winds will pick up this evening, but widespread blowing and drifting snows are not expected.
