Winds gusting as high as 30 mph. * WHERE...Bighorn Canyon, Southern Big Horn, Carter, Powder River, and Southern Rosebud. * WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Falling and blowing snow will make travel difficult, especially along Interstate 90 south of Lodge Grass and along Highway 212 in south-eastern Montana.
