* WHAT...Dense fog will reduce visibility to 1/4 to 1/2 NM. * WHERE...Galveston Bay, Matagorda Bay, and portions of the Gulf of Mexico. * WHEN...Until 11 AM CST this morning. * IMPACTS...Visibility has been slow to improve this morning, and fog bringing visibility below 1 NM looks to continue another hour or so. This low visibility will continue to make navigation difficult.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Kentucky, including the following counties, Logan, Simpson and Warren. * WHEN...Until 1100 AM CST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 750 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. * WHAT...Snow expected above 4000 feet. Likelihood of minor to moderate impacts from around 1 to 3 inches of snow is 90 percent, and 3 to 6 inches of snow is 40 percent. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Elk City and Dixie. * WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute, especially over higher passes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
