Special Weather Statement issued January 25 at 10:01PM CST by NWS Corpus Christi TX

Areas of fog have developed across portions of South Texas tonight. Expect visibilities generally 1 mile or less with a few locations seeing visibilities 1/4 mile or less at times. Most of the fog will be near the bays and barrier islands. Use caution if traveling as visibility may change rapidly in a short amount of time. Use low beam headlights and leave extra distance between your vehicle and others on the road.

Temperatures along the Rio Grande Plains and along the coastal counties of the Coastal Bend are expected to drop to around 32 degrees briefly around sunrise. Areas across the Brush Country, and Victoria Crossroads are expected to drop to 28-32 degrees for approximately 5 hours and a Freeze Warning is in effect for those areas.
