* WHAT...Abnormally low water levels. * WHERE...Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to North Cape MI. * WHEN...until 10 AM this morning. * IMPACTS...Below normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As of 330 AM this morning, the water level at Toledo was 3.9 inches above low water datum. The critical mark for safe navigation is 2 inches below low water datum. Water levels are expected to fall to near or below the critical mark at times early this morning.
