A front moving northwest from the Gulf of Alaska is bringing significant snow accumulations today and Friday. Most areas can expect 3 to 5 inches of snow, with the heaviest snow accumulations along the Alaska Highway east of Delta Junction and along the Parks Highway south of Nenana. People traveling the Parks, Alaska, and Richardson Highways should expect visibilities as low as 1/4 mile at times and difficult travel conditions through Friday.
