* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in freezing fog. * WHERE...Glacier Bay and City and Borough of Juneau. * WHEN...Until 9 AM AKST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving and flying conditions due to low visibility, frozen roadways and runways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Below freezing temperatures will cause wet surfaces to freeze and become extremely slippery.
