Warm and dry conditions are expected this afternoon, with minimum relative humidity values as low as 25 percent. These conditions, combined with dry fuels (grasses, leaves, twigs, pine needles, etc) and southwesterly winds gusting 30 to 40 mph, will result in elevated fire danger. Be sure to properly discard cigarettes and matches, closely monitor farm machinery, and avoid open burning.
