Slippery conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute, especially on secondary roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will wind down from west to east between 100am and 400am tonight. Some lake effect snow is expected on Thursday as well as blowing snow which should peak in the afternoon and evening.
