Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 101 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 6.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Fog has developed across portions of central Ohio this morning. Some of the fog will be locally dense in spots, with visibilities dropping to around one quarter of a mile. Motorists are advised to use extra caution, use low beam headlights and leave extra space between vehicles. Visibilities are expected to improve between 9 am and 10 am.
